Recently one mishandling was noted by top rank Chinese mobile brands OnePlus and Meizu. Benchmark is a test tool to check quality of any mobile phone. If you benchmark LG 2 and LG 3 when you would definitely get higher results for LG 3 due to better hardware features. Many mobile buyers check this result before making business deal. Ordinary people may not put attention to it but hardware conscious users would definitely see this score. The question rises whether OnePlus and Meizu are cheating benchmark?

Exploiting benchmark results, few companies were highlighted in the previous years. Their aim would be to attract the customers. Sometimes many famous companies also do this negative game and they stopped when caught in benchmark cheating.

What is Benchmarking?

Benchmarking provides score to check performance of smartphone. Many type of ranking is established based on these results. If you are using Windows 7 or higher platform then you may find rating in system properties. It is called Windows Experience Index in Microsoft systems. It is one example in which Microsoft provides ranking in score for hardware performance. Higher is this score, better is your device.

How to find it
