If you are frequent or prolonged user of Facebook, then there is a chance that you might be in a risk to have changed mood or behavior.  It is fact that social media particularly Facebook has shown deep impact on our mind. In a recent research, Facebook is making people angrily and lonely. This temperament of rage, intolerance or violence is not suitable in a society or office. The reason is that people compare with others persistently. If you or somebody notices that you become anger soon then we suggest you to kindly look into change in your behavior. It might be due to the frequent use of Facebook or any other social media or social blogging.

Another new dimension has been observed in this social research that Likes or Friend requests bring temporary happiness but this creates a sense of artificial applause. It also causes dissatisfaction of other users as well. Facebook users think that other people are happy with them. A Facebook user thinks different in photos tagged by other for internal tours and luxurious lifestyle.

Happiness Research Institute of Denmark has conducted a survey study on 1095 participants. All the participants were asked describe the level of their happiness. They gave 7.6 marks out of 10 on average. Then half of them were asked to stop using Facebook for a week while other half were offered to continue with Facebook. After a week both groups were asked and it was astonishing to know that first group was more satisfied and they gave marks 8.12 out of 10.
